The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman

This book is about Nobody Owens, a young boy who escapes murder as a baby and then grows up in a graveyard away from the dangers of the city where he gets up to all sorts of trouble. It is a good book but can cause you to go mad with frustration, as it is a hard book to understand! 7/10

I've read the Mortal Engines books by the same author but this one does not compare. It was hard to get into and boring and it's story was laughworthy. But it does have some good points. It has some surprising things in it. The ending is good and it has a decent twist. The Scriven are a good idea and How Fever Crumb came into being. Now, you are probably wondering why I started off so pessimistic. Well, I thought the CHARACTERS were good but their potential was wasted.
